If your pet suffers an accident or is experiencing a health-care emergency, during surgery hours, please telephone the practice on 01932 228 915 immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis.

When you speak to our team, please make it clear that the matter is an Emergency and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

Emergencies outside surgery hours

We have our own dedicated 24-hour emergency service that operates outside surgery hours. North Surrey Veterinary Emergencies (NSVE) are based in East Molesey, just 10 minutes away by car.
